Reservations - (May 1 to September 30):
We require a 50% payment to make a reservation. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Cancellations:
A 45- hour notice must be given prior to the day of arrival to receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee. This fee covers charges from the credit card company every time we charge or refund your card. If you cancel less than 45 hours prior to your reservation, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay, less any nights we are able to re-book. We will do our very best to re-book the room, therefore you do not incur the expense.
Early Departures:
If you choose to leave early, you are still responsible for the entire stay you reserved. We will do our best to re-book the room. If successful, you will receive a refund of the amount we re-booked.
Reservations - (October 1 to April 30):
No advance payment is required. Payment in full is due on checkout.
Group Reservations:
The Rose of Sharon is available for group reservations and special occasions. Please contact us for rates and policies for rental of the entire inn.
Gentle Reminders
Children:
We accept a limited number of quiet, well-behaved children on a per request basis.
Pets:
We are sorry, but we do not accept pets. Kennel arrangements can be made for your companion(s). Your pets can stay at the same kennel our beloved golden retrever Ginger stays at. We would only recommend the best.
